Bespoke 3.2 MFI Race Engine
Although this engine was built for a race car, aesthetics were important to it's owner. Many photos of this build were lost during a hard drive failure. We were delighted to find the images that showcased the detail of the assembly were retained. This engine received the following components:
- Custom crankshaft
- 996 Turbo Oil Pump
- Shuffle Pinning on the 3.0 Case
- Carillo Connecting Rods
- CP Pistons
- Restored Throttles
- Ported Heads, Machined to accept MFI injectors and twin spark
- An early MFI pump fitted with an RSR space cam and calibrated
- Bespoke Engine Shroud to replicate the early factory Werks shrouding
- A twin-plug distributor
- DC Camshafts
