Inspection, Diagnosis, Misc
On my first road test in the car, prior to doing any work, I witnessed the a/c cutting out and the ABS light on/beeping sound. The ABS warning seemed like it turned on when I would go over bumps and cross the railroad tracks. The a/c issue is totally unpredictable.
Brake Caliper Reseal
After rebuilding the brake caliper and bleeding the system, I took the car out on a 15 mile road test. While I was out, the ABS fault warning didn't turn on once. I think we may have conquered that fault by replacing the sensor/harness.
Engine Removal and Disassembly
This is where I stopped on Friday evening. I will continue on Tuesday cleaning, inspecting and sending out components for service.
